Kyle's home and shop came through Hurricane Ike okay, but he is without power for now. They were on their way to Dallas to get a generator. He is going to try to be back up answering email and doing business in the next few days. My comments as a several-time-veteran of major hurricanes: please remember that even when he has power, phone and data service will likely be sporadic. (Ability to ship and receive may be affected as well.) After Hurricane Ivan hit Pensacola, I had power back in four days, but it took almost six weeks to get my landline phone to work properly. Cell service was back in a couple of weeks. Knowing Kyle, he'll be up as soon as he can to provide his usual top-notch service and support.
